1. Set dip-switch positions to your required frequency according to the Frequency Setting Table on the pulser panel.
2. Connect RED clip to + terminal and BLACK clip to - terminal of the power source of circuit under test. The supply voltage should be within 5-20V DC. Blinking LED indicates normal operation. Otherwise, reconnect clips to reset.
3. Touch the pulser pin to the input of circuit under test. Check its output with a logic probe or an oscilloscope. A comparison of input and output will determine whether the circuit is in normal operation.
